- Complete availability of plant inventory.
- Input inventory on a tablet or in industry-specific software.
- Run transplant report. Check the quality of transplanted plants.
- Keep track of inventory of crops as plants move from one greenhouse to a new location.
- Ability to communicate with owner, co-workers, managers, supervisors, and employees.
- Computer proficient. Demonstrate basic to intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Data entry experience.
- Basic excel program experience.
- Experience using spreadsheets.
- Full-time position to include some weekends as needed.
- One plus years of experience in Nursery Production.
- Experience supervising employees.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish. Bilingual in Spanish not required but willing to learn basic Spanish preferred.
